Rally Finlandia: PS8: Latvala supera P. Solberg e aumenta il distacco

Jarri-Matti Latvala supera Petter Soberg sulla PS7 e conquista la leadership nella classifica del Rally di Finlandia, durante la PS8 Latvala aumenta il margine su Solberg di 7.9 secondi. Latvala ha iniziato la scalata già dalla PS7, durante la quale aveva un vantaggio su Solberg di 2.7 secondi, ma dopo la PS8 il pilota della Ford Focus RS WRC è riuscito a distaccare Solberg di altri 5.2 secondi, portando il vantaggio a 7.9 secondi.

Sebastien Ogier resta terzo, a 12.8 secondi da Solberg, mentre Sebastien Loeb e Dani Sordo sono in quarta posizione a 11.1 secondi dal terzo in classifica. Henning Solberg, pilota Ford del team Stobart, si ritira dopo un incidente sulla PS8 a 1.5 chilometri dallo start.
