[IRC] Barum Rally: Day 2. Fontana si ritira per un guasto meccanico. Freddy Loix si avvicina a Kopecky

Gi equipaggi hanno completato il primo giorno di gare al Barum Rally, nona prova del campionato IRC, la pioggia è caduta sui percorsi di gara per quasi tutta la giornata e qualcuno ha dovuto abbandonare la gara per guasti alla vettura; come il nostro Fontana, navigato da Arena, ritiratosi per un guasto meccanico alla Peugeot 207 S2000. Anche un equipaggio della Protono è uscito di scena, Cronin e McNulty abbandonano la gara durante la speciale numero nove.

Freddy Loix, su Skoda Fabia S2000, vince la Trojak test, lunga 29.09 chilometri, con un tempo di 6.8 secondi migliore del suo compagno di squadra Jan Kopecky. Seconda giornata di gare positiva anche per Bryan Bouffier, su Peugeot 207 S2000, che si porta a 0.3 secondi di margine da Freddy Loix. Gli equipaggi sono ora al service di Otrokovice, domani gli attende un’altra battaglia.
