Sui 17 km della penultima speciale del Rally di Svezia, è stato Mads Ostberg (Fiesta WRC) a far segnare il miglior tempo. Il norvegese, è riuscito a staccare Latvala (Polo WRC), autore del terzo tempo, di altri 3″3, a sua volta preceduto da Sebastien Ogier (Polo WRC), autore del secondo tempo, a +1″3. Quarto tempo per il russo Novikov (Fiesta WRC) a +8″7, autore di un errore nella PS precedente che gl iha fatto perdere oltre una decina di minuti. Quinto tempo per Hanninen (Fiesta WRC) a +11″5 e sesto per Loeb (DS3 WRC) a +12″1, che verso metà PS è andato a sbattere contro un cumulo di neve rimanendoci incastrato per alcuni secondi.
Ci si avvia quindi verso la conclusione di questo fantastico rally, dove alle ore 14:12 si svolgerà la Power Stage conclusiva dove assisteremo a un interessante lotta soprattutto tra Ostberg e latvala, separati da 8″3.
